Hi! I'm looking for non-starter Lowchens. Doesn't have to be a super high SOPs, just a bit higher than starter territory. The current kennels don't appear to be interested in selling (haven't responded to my messages). Does anyone have some that could be reclaimed? I'll pay top dollar!
