It's an Aboriginal musical instrument made from a hollow tree branch. It takes a special person to play it as you have to breath in through your nose as you are blowing through the didge. |

My brother used to play, he was really good but i'm terrible. Actually you can chat about almost anything on showdogs, they do have a forum just for topics that don't relate to dogs at all. But since Didgeridoos are just Austrailian they'd ofcourse be in the Australian Forum. |

I thought in order to play the digeridoo well you had to be able to circle breathe. That is in through the nose, and out through the mouth at the same time. This means that you can keep the sound flowing ... and is something I definitely CAN'T do!! The only dig I've ever played was a long cardboard roll that came off a roll or material, funny times!
