My mom has a sheltie and so do I. Both are lazy and calm but the hair can drive you nuts

I'm a shetland sheep person. I have 2...3yr and a5mo old. Very laid back. I;m lucky that my 3yr doesn't have a huge show coat.

well um i saw shelties because there are not many breeders of shelties on SD, i love them, and hey are easier to do better in breeding them than BCs.

I think that it compleatly depends on what size of dog you want, personality and energy level, ect., from my exeperiance seem to be about the same, BC's do need to be kept a little busier than shealties though.
