Hello everyone I am new and would like to know in a nutshell how the game works, What do the colors mean under the dogs stats?

Hi, the colours are a quick reference to the trait number...the highest..are dark blue, slightly lower mid Blue and so on. I see you have a basic account. You have 30 days only from start up to breed bitches. After that you cannot breed bitchez until you upgrade.
