I've been out of this game for maybe 10 years or more. I forgot at what age can you start breeding? I have the correct subscription.

Welcome back! Bitches can breed at 30 days. Once they have their pups they have 5 full days to recover before they can breed again (when their pups turn six days old they can breed).
