Instead of working on highest SOP, I've been working on increasing forequarters and hindquarters, which have been stuck at 9.8 and/or 10.2 for ages. Though their overall SOPs are lower, try breeding them back and forth with the higher SOP dogs/bitches. I'm hoping this will unstick those frozen traits.
