What does COI mean?

Coefficient of Inbreeding.
In this game, if you beed to a dog with a 15% or higher, COI, your puppies may be less optimal.
The highest I may go is 14%.
The lower the better.

RL breeders follow this but I think in RL the COI % is a bit higher.
