If there is anyone wanting to get involved in a breed with no handler rush and that is not to competitive. Try Malteses. they need breeders very badly. I would be more then willing to get someone started!

Judges are generally certified to judge one or several breeds, usually in the same group, but a few "all-breed" judges have the training and experience to judge large numbers of breeds.
