It might be worth asking in the breed forum about this as I don't actually breed wire fox terriers, but looking at the top sop's you are pretty close to them.

If the breed isn't too competitive I would hazard a guess and say yes but it will probably take a long time.

I think she is. I breed Yorkies and Pomeranians, so I'm not sure, but she is gorgeous.
