ummmm....remindme if Im wrong I thoguht pitbulls are banned in Australia....I kno they are banned in QLD .NSW. VIC and i think TAS and NT

Actually pitbulls aren't banned in Australia. There are technically no "true" pitbulls here though because their importation is illegal.

You'll find that the original poster probably isn't Australian.

QActually i llooked it up....Pitbulls ARE banned and ne found are to be put down.....the only way u r allowed to keep a pitbull is if u follow certain restrictuins that r VERY VERY tough.

pit bulls are banned in qld, not sure about the rest of the states, but am under the impression they're not banned in nsw and vic by another dog forum i belong too...

btw i have a german shepherd x malinois belgian shepherd that i rescued from the rspca and a staffordshire bull terrier (plus a cat and a guinea pig)

pitbulls are not allowed in VIC but even if people have them, i think they get away with it.

Poor Bob - all the girls pick on him and kick him out of their bed!
