o.k so I'm really confused. my kennel AG has three UD dogs and two who are sessioning to be UD, but my other kennel CR has only 1 UD dog... how is CR above me in the top obedience list? I'm really confussed.

Judges are generally certified to judge one or several breeds, usually in the same group, but a few "all-breed" judges have the training and experience to judge large numbers of breeds.
