If so, you are breaking the rules by having more than one basic account. You might want to just pick one and stick with it, otherwise admin could shut down both.

i have a rare breed account and forgot to log off. is that against the rules

Yes it is against the rules to have more than one basic account, it doesn't matter if it's a rare breed account or not.

Not even sure why basic rare breed accounts are even allowed as the whole point of rare breed acc'ts is to get a discount on subscribing.

Not that I know of. Just dont log into it anymore and let it "die" that way. Far as I know, they aren't removed unless admin bans them for breaking the rules.

At least two wins must be a set of three or more points ("majors"), under two different judges; at least one additional win under a third judge is also required.
