What is the best way to contact the administrators and/or Jeff regarding transactions between kennels? I have been getting this message for months.. "You may not purchase a dog from somebody you have bought $1,000 or more in combined dog/stud fees in the past month if that amount is above 66% of your total user to user transactions." My total user transactions for the last 30 days is $8,388, and only $50 of that is from the kennel that wants to purchase a puppy, which is less than 1% of total transactions. Am I somehow wrong?

Fingerprint and I have this same glitch. It's been on going for a couple of years. We always just had to move a dog over to another kennel in order to make approval sales happen.

Dogs on auto-sale or stud services with no approval always work. It's just a no go when a sale or stud service has to be approved by the other kennel.

I am also Fingerprint and yes, it happens a lot in all my kennels. Even when I go back and look at my past transactions, I can't find any kind of large amount. It seems like once you are banned from dealing with a kennel, no matter how many years go by, it never goes away.

And BarStar I'm not sure I agree about the no approval. Seems like there have been issues there too but I'm not 100% sure.

Thanks for the info. Guess I'll have to open a basic kennel to handle these issues.
