I am have a lot of trouble doing anything in obedience. I have my one dog at 20 in all the requirements for the first obedience class. Do the dogs have to be fully conditioned to perform in obedience? Thanks. I'm new.

Show obedience should be sessioned, preferably at 20. Coat, muscle, and condition do not matter though.

You have to train for the general Obedience as well as each individual exercise. I'm not sure if condition effects them or not as I always get it to 20 on mine.

Did you know?
In multi-breed and all-breed shows, the winners of all breeds within the kennel club's breed Groups then compete for Group placements.
