why is there only obidence trials when i try to enter my dog in a show?

All your dogs are too old to show in conformation. Dogs retire from conformation showing at 120 days old. Yours are 169 days.

Judges are generally certified to judge one or several breeds, usually in the same group, but a few "all-breed" judges have the training and experience to judge large numbers of breeds.
