I know that the feed my Dogs/Bitches are on currently is the lowest quality,so please DO NOT write or judge my Kennel on this temporary situation!The food only affects the Condition stat on the dogs who are on it.Since ONLY Bitches who are being bred is where they pass on a lower state of Condition to her pups in the litters they produce,all males are are on the lower priced/quality feed,it DOES NOT affect the pups in any litters they produce in ANY way!The Bitches who are at 15 or above in their Condition stats may also be on this feed since it has a very slight if any affect on the Babies Condition and whatever tiny difference it does have can easily be fixed by feeding the pups being kept a high quality feed while sessioning or waiting for the Breeding age,they will be at 20 and level with pups on any other SD feeds by doing these easy measures.I must repeat this,THE CHEAP FEED HERE HAS ABSOLUTELY no affect on ANY puppy as far as its overall Quality,SOP%'S,SHOWSHINE(SS),OR ANY TRAIT N IT'S GENETIC QUALITY!A Bitch on this feed if high quality,great hidden decimals that is Bred o a Stud who is also very good quality can produce a 100%SOP,20SS BABY.The feed does not have anything to do with it's offsprings Traits,10's,or whether it's SS settles below 20 or not.Money and how its used is a very important part of any ShowDog player's strategy,after years in the game I can tell you each breed is different but you go through some lower times and need to adjust different aspects in your strategy,other times you can worry less about the financial aspect,more on your Breeding,or Showing,or sales.The Help Center tab on the left is helpful,but for specific information I suggest both Reading other New Players Questions & the answers given usually by a player who has played here,1,2 or 3 years.Their kennel's opening date isn't when they started here necessarily,I am in my 3rd kennel here with this Breed alone,so remember that what may look like someone new can be someone like me who knows it's my 3rd Summer but otherwise due to multiple added kennels/breeds with multiple Family subscriptions,I have no idea where my 1st Basic went so no starting date,March-May 2004 approximately.I am disabled,so not a great Mentor to help new players,for that,also go to the Forums link on the left,look for Beginners and read and write those questions,try to be patient for answers,also try to describe each question not just 'Create New Topic' and putting something like HELPPPPP MEEEEEEEE!!!!, You should ask about getting a Mentor,we have many for a certain Breed,or others that will give you best starting advice & links to lots help pages,the reading is worth your time,if your interested in playing this great game get ready to learn from reading,asking others,watching how the top players act,they can be a good source of what & how to do things needed to not just being a top player,but being proud of what you earn,fair competiion,and lots of fun and maybe new friends,play fair,treat people respectfully,never cheat,lie or give out personal information.Hope this has been helpful,I do not respond to messages sent to me without my asking for communication,or itis about my dogs,studs,litters,upcoming pups for sale.All others will be ignored,unappropriateness gets sent to the Admin & Staff immediately.
