Welcome to Taffy Terriers where I breed the little clown of the terrier ring, the Welsh Terrier.
Ch Taffys Bethan – Bethan finished with 4 straight majors and went on to take 31 BOBs, numerous Group placements and a Specialty placement at the only one she was shown in. She was also 3rd in Breed at the July World Cup.
Ch Taffys Cadfael – Cadfael finished in 5 shows and has racked up 62 BOBs to date, not to mention 2 BISS, and several Group placements. He was BOB at the August World Cup, and 2nd in Breed at the September event. He is also entered for October. He has sired three Champions to date and there are several more pointed.
Ch Taffys Gareth – Gareth’s show career has been somewhat overshadowed by that of his sire, Cadfael, but he has managed 8 BOBs, a Specialty and Group placement and was 3rd in Breed at the September World Cup.
Taffy Terriers will only offer for sale puppies that should achieve their championships if properly managed and shown in good time, and puppies reared in this kennel reach 10 days with good stats for condition, muscle tone and coat condition so will save you money in sessioning. Puppies will only be listed until they are 14 days old when they will be FHd.
Adult dogs I no longer require will also only be listed for a few days. At present I do not keep any on the Retirement Couch, so all dogs, even Champions, will eventually be offered for sale. If I have listed a dog at a price that you can not afford just now, email me as I can perhaps hold the dog for a little while for you until you amass the funds. (Or you could just make a lower offer - if it is the best I have when the time is up it will be accepted, although I normally sell to the first person to offer the asking price or above.)
Taffy Terriers will sell to basics and once you buy a SD dog from me it is yours to do with as you like unless a prior agreement is made - however I would appreciate an email whenever the dog has a great show win or has pups as I may otherwise miss it.
Dogs will be put up for stud upon reaching 30 days and will be listed for $100 until they gain their Championship, so this is a good time to use them if you are looking for a bargain! (If I have forgotten to put up a stud just email me – with 10 kennels to manage it happens!) Once they champ the price will be adjusted to $200, or $300 for the very best.
