e Irish Water Spaniel presents a picture of a smart, upstanding strongly built sporting dog. Great intelligence is combined with rugged endurance and a bold, dashing eagerness of temperament.

Distinguishing characteristics are a topknot of long, loose curls, a body covered with a dense, crisply curled liver colored coat, contrasted by a smooth face and a smooth "rat" tail. The largest of the spaniels, the IWS is often referred to as the Clown of the spaniels.

I place a strong emphasis on ShowShine as that seems to represent the "enthusiasm" of an IWS. I am working hard to improve heads and gait (and everything else lol)

I breed more than I show and I rehome fast. If you are interested in one of my adults or pups or even just potentially interested let me know and I'll be glad to hold off and sending them to a life of relaxation.

Even if its a young dog, if you see a dog you are interested in make me an offer. I will place dogs with excellent SOP if they do not fit my breeding plan or if we can agree to future co-breedings.

I am a strong believer in keeping studs available for all to improve the breed. If you see a male of mine that is old enough and not available yet please let me know, it was probably an oversight. If you can't afford the stud fee let's talk happy :)
