In order to manage the database size and prevent loads of useless data from being stored forever, we delete certain information after a period of time.

Show Entries
Show entries are deleted based on the result of the entry.

  • Placing - Deletion Date
  • DNP - One Month
  • Non-BIS Wins Above - DNP Six-Months
  • BIS - One Year

Transactions
All transaction records are deleted after three months.

Messages
Messages are kept for up to two months.

Dogs
Unnamed, forever homed dogs are deleted once they turn six-months old.
