Hi, all Brittany colors are showing as 20% but I am pretty sure this must be a mistake as tri color dogs are certainly rarer, is this a glitch?

Those percentages are merely the chances of getting that color in a STARTER dog. They were set to the percentages they're at for various reasons, and do NOT reflect how common the colors are in the breed currently in the game (which is really up to the breeders here) or your chances of getting those colors when you breed (which is based solely on the genetics)
