how and where do I get papers for my dogs,thanks, im new to this.

You don't get papers as there not real dogs wink ;) there is no registry in the game for the dogs.

Consider the 'papers' to be what you see on the dogs info page. It shows owner, breeder, date of birth, pedigree, etc,
