I came across the notion "adjusted SOP" several times now - and I've no clue what it means. Anyone to help out?

Adjusted SOP has to do with dogs who have low show shine. It is what a dog's SOP would be if it had a SS of 20. The formula to calculate it is: (20-SS)/2 +SOP= Adjusted SOP. For example if a dog has a SS of 18.4 and an SOP of 96.0 it would be (20-18.4)/2 +96.0 20-18.4 is 1.6 Divided by 2 is .80 .80+96.0 is 96.80 which is the adjusted SOP. Hope this helps and you can understand it! |
