Just had this pup born - have no idea where his TNB has come from?

On his Sire's side of the pedigree the TNBs are:
9.4
10.3
9.3
9.5
12.2
9.1
9.1

On his Dam's side of the pedigree the TNBs are:
9.1
9.4
8.8
9.2
9.2
9.0
9.0

So that one little 10.3 seems to be the closest to explaining this phenomenon :P Being new to the breed I'm unsure what the TNB's are like in everyone else's kennel but this was certainly a surprise for me.
