What does blocking a user actually do? Just keeps them from contacting you? Are they still able to use your studs or buy your puppies?

I think it just keeps them from contacting you.

If you have a problem with studs or puppy purchases, put them on approval. Note however that the stud can be used if you don't log in to approve or deny.
