Since May 13th ar least.

I always thought there were about 40 judges but there seens to be only 31 at the moment. Have we had more retirees than new judges? I'm not saying that's a problem really. just curious.

Judges are generally certified to judge one or several breeds, usually in the same group, but a few "all-breed" judges have the training and experience to judge large numbers of breeds.
