It says she will give birth today(3/3/18) at 9:09:24 pm yet it is almost 10pm and she has not given birth. She is a French Bulldog.

The time shown is ShowDog time. Perhaps that's what's confusing you - different time zone,

I'm experiencing delays as well if anything it makes it a bit more realistic!
