Does anyone know if users know if a dog has been reclaimed from them?

Sometimes I feel bad when I reclaim a dog but no one has ever messaged me about it to lead me to believe they know I did that.

If you are able to do a reclaim, then the person has not signed into the kennel for 30 or more days.

I never feel bad for bringing an abandoned dog/bitch back home.

I do not believe the previous owner is notified.

There is no shame in reclaiming a dog on your list.
