How's everyone going with the Basset revival project?
A returning player put up some high SOP studs recently, which was a big help!

Also trying to revive some of those pesky hard to get colors.
I will have a bunch of puppies up for sale later.

I'm attempting to make pics for us...can someone who is familiar with hound colors explain the difference between "Open", "Saddle" and "Blanket" to me? I assume "Open" has white / broken color across the back, but what's the difference between "saddle" and "blanket"?

Saddle marking means looks like an English saddle.

Found a very old basset stud while looking for another breed actually, knew people had started trying to revamp them just wanted to post in case anyone needed.
