What does "Dale" mean en espanol and how do you pronounce it?

Also,Solamente-means only in spanish, is it pronounced SOLEY-AY-MEN-TAY?

Dale can either mean "come on" or "go on".
(En Espanol, "go" es "vaya", pero suyo ser lata como alguna vez usado "dale".)
