In real life I show parson russell terriers, so obviously wanted that breed to show on here. Why are there no parsons?

Jeff had a huge update to breeds about a decade ago. Most of the breeds are AKC and UKC based. We were told there would be no further changes/additions to the breeds in the game.

So Jack Russells are probably going to the closest to your Parsons to play in the game.
