I’ve been trying to talk to a member of staff’ for the last week, about an issue I’m having but haven’t had a reply. I used the contact us tab above. Is there any other way to contact them?
I completely understand they will be extremely busy but how long does it normally take for them to reply.? TIA

Good to hear. If it's about switching to a family account, I had some issues at first too. I just had to keep playing around with it until it finally worked.
