I was using 3 separate regular subscriptions, having discontinued the other 2 kennels about a year or so ago. Awhile back I paid for a family subscription and added all 5 to the family account. My problem is I am still being billed every 3 months for the 3 that were separate kennels. After 2 calls to Jeff I have had no help with this. PayPal says they have to be cancelled on Jeffs end, ShowDog has conflicting instructions, one place it says it has to be cancelled within SD, the other place says it has to be done thru PayPal. I am being bled $14.75 3 times every 3 months PLUS the $49 something for the family account. Anyone have any other suggestions other than to just quit the game, which I hate to do because I have been playing since 2003.

You should be able to cancel the payments in Paypal yourself. If you go into Paypal and click on the link for the Third Row Productions, there should be link at the top for 'view recurring payment details' and under the status line you should be able to cancel the payments. Let me know if it works

You should be able to cancel thru Paypal.

If it's not possible & Jeff doesn't fix it I would drop the 3 separates you are being charged for off the family account and create new kennels for the family. You do this thru the manage my account button.
