For as long as I have been playing SD, I still can't figure out how International Champion Titles are given out, and why some dogs in the Top All Time list have it and some don't.
Just wondering.......

International Champion is the title given to the winners of the showdog world cup. Like I've got a borzoi in the top 100 all time and he is a International Champion because of his best in show win at the May 2018 (that's really long ago now) SDWC

So if one does win the SDWC, that dog is an International Champion?
Do you get any extra award? And does the title show on the dogs page?

Yes, shortly after a dog wins BIS at SDWC, they get the title.

It will show up in the pedigree and on the dogs page. Sometimes, the title will be missing on the dogs page but will eventually reappear. I think there is a glitch sometimes.
