Is there a way to convert my subscription or do I have to go cancel it at PayPal and resubscribe? I want to swap to the yearly.

Wait until the date to renew then choose yearly.

You DO have to cancel the original in PayPal.

I just decided to switch to ten kennels instead of 5. I upgraded, as it shows the charges in PayPal, and I canceled the original 5 kennel subscription in PayPal, but I’m still only able to have five kennels; I can’t add anymore. I tried logging out and logging back in but it didn’t fix it. Suggestions?
