Uhhh Sure....

Starting what? Is it rude to want to know when the deadline is, as this has been going on for a while? I am not 'starting' again i am simply asking when you are going to choose. It gets rather annoying when somebody tells you the winner will be announced on 3/31 and it is 4/16 and there is still no winner, and when ever you ask if the winner is going to be announced, or IF it is, you start telling us we are getting nasty. I think that YOU are the one being rather nasty, and i dont usually get angry like this.

So, please can you tell us a winner, a date it will be announced, or let this post drop, as everybody is sitting here waiting and when we ask, you tell us things that are absolutely not true.

ETA: This post was started in JANUARY! That was 4 months ago!

And, if you dont like any of the poems, keep entries open and all and keep it going. I dont care if you dont like any of our poems, but when you say you have been 'thinking' for 4 months, and yell at us when we ask if you are going to pick, it gets rather, no REALLY annoying.

I know, i lost control in this but i am about to blow steam i am getting so mad.

Star In The Sky

you were beautiful,
the best dog there could ever be,
everyone loved you to death Susie
you were born,
a puff of brown fur,
you were so tiny,but a little monster,
you ran out the door,
shedded all over,
tore through the trash,
i remember when you tore up my game of M.A.S.H,
then you got older
but you were still our little favorite,
then 9 months later,here comes little David
you were still a monster but as gentle as a mouse,
even though you tore everyrthing in that house,
pretty soon,sharon was born,and then came heather,
you got sick,so badly that you shook like you were being tickled a lot by a feather,
we all knew it was the end,
for this now 16 year old dog who we all loved,
sometimes your eyes would look as white as doves,
you stuck in there as long as you could,
but you knew you were dying,
you went down to the basement,
everyone watching you,watching and crying,
until my uncle carried you upstairs,
and you took your last breath,
and closed your eyes,
everyone cried for quite a while,
until i looked up at the sky and smiled
there was a shining star,
in the nite sky
it was a dog,it was you,i could tell by the glisten in the eyes,
so i knew that you were truly there
forever in my heart,even after you died,
and its been 3 years,but sometimes i still look up at the sky
and see you and your glisten in your eyes
