Hey all! I played this game 20+ years ago when I was an actual child, and it popped back into my head recently. I now have my own dog I compete in rally & obedience with, and I am loving how closely this game models reality.

Getting to the point:

I'm starting with source dogs, and it looks like I somehow lucked out with relatively nice SOPs on some of them. My male and best female have SOPs in the low 20's which seems pretty good for source dogs and also looks competitive within my breed (Clumbers).

I'll be trying to get my dogs' training/conditioning all the way up, and am working on getting show points before breeding (but I think I need to breed before my first month is up)? I'm also considering upgrading my account.

My biggest question regarding my first breeding is whether I should focus more on the male & female with the highest SOPs, OR if I should try to pair a female whose traits complement my male. ... if one parent has a feet trait = 0 and the other parent has a feet trait = 20, how likely is it that a pup will have a trait score somewhere in the middle? From my digging around it looks like pups usually come out with a 0 or a 20.
