Could it not be done that forums are inaccessible until the account has at least one dog, or verifies an email? I appreciate the spam is a lot less these days but it doesn't make it any less annoying when one bot spams the whole latest topics list.

Good idea.
Maybe click CONTACT US at the top and send a message about this.
I see we have a lot of spam.

Anyone who reads this should contact Staff to complain.
Maybe if more of us complain, it might do something.

I took a screen shot of all the spam and sent it to Jeff.
They are all deleted now….except one.

At this point maybe doing away with the banners forum in its entirety could be an idea...

I think having at least 1 dog is a great idea. I wonder how hard it would be for Jeff to implement that.

Jeff could make the latest posts to only show Alpha Dog Forum content.

Since Alpha is only accessible by premium kennels, it would weed out free account posts.

Goodness, just trying scroll the topics and it's all spam. I would have thought already there'd be rules against spam and not having any dogs?? Hopefully with how much spam there is something will be done.

In the past, the game had active forum admins.

The game has slowly dwindled down to what We have now.

No-one is actively monitoring the forums.

I probably shouldn't mention this fact, but I have the ability to delete messages on the Beginner and the General forums, an ability I had way back in the day. I've been trying to keep them clean of spam.

I don't mind the site downtime as much as this spam. It's truly starting to be obnoxious.

Did you know?
A conformation dog show is not a comparison of one dog to another but a comparison of each dog to a judge's mental image of the ideal breed type as outlined in the individual breed's breed standard.
