I have
https://www.showdog.com/dog.aspx?id=19339108 - this dog conditioned up just fine https://www.showdog.com/dog.aspx?id=19339103 - these littermates did not condition up https://www.showdog.com/dog.aspx?id=19339102 https://www.showdog.com/dog.aspx?id=19339104 I purchased the dam as an over 120 old and not conditioned at all. As much as I have tried to adjust the food, these dogs will not condition up. I've never had this issue in any other breed, even purchasing older unconditioned dogs, they have conditioned up. Has anyone else seen this? |

The dam's condition is the only thing I can think of but have the pups' condition been improving at all even really gradually? |

What food did you have the pups on? Xizang is correct about the mom's condition. |

You need to get those 14 day olds on an Adult 1777. Adult formula is very slow at sessioning up. |

All my puppies are born on Puppy 1777, then switched to Adult 1777 at 14 days (sometimes I forget and don't get them switched till day 15 or 16, but never in any other breed have I had issues breeding unconditioned older bitches and having issues conditioning pups. Puppies on Puppy 1777 have always had a condition of at least 18 by day 14. This really baffles me. They are now switched to Adult 1777, but are sessioning up like one digit at a time. |
