I have this American Foxhound bitch on 34.05 SOP.
I bred her and produced a 60.90 SOP pup!! Adjusted SOP is 63.00!! So a 95% increase in SOP in one generation - look out in the ring guys! |

It will be because you used a much higer sop dog on her. you can get back up to current sop quite fast by using high sop studs to your girls which helps if your trying to bring in a new trait. |

Well it isn't working in SWD's!! We are using equally as high SOP dogs on similiar SOP bitches and getting same/lower or maybe up to +10 SOP if we are very lucky. The leap in this pup is amazing, also this is the highest pup this dog has thrown to a bitch not of a similiar SOP to himself - the pup is a flyer!! |
