I haven't made any banners in years. What is the preferred art program for making banners?

Thank you!

I use GIMP (a free downloadable program and you can download a lot more add-ons too). Its also really easy to download and install new fonts too.

GIMP is great. I used it for a long time.

I'm a professional graphic designer so I own Photoshop along with the whole Creative Suite.

I use a combination of both GIMP and Paint.net. Both are free downloadable programs. Here is a banner I made a long time ago using those programs.

What format do you save your banners in for upload?

I use PNGs personally because they support transparency and they're naturally a higher resolution than JPGs.

I'm lucky enough to have photoshop CC which is the most current/up-to-date version of the program.

Here is a banner I created earlier this year happy :)

Did you know?
The sit for exam is a modified version of the Stand for Exam. It is generally used in novice level classes and requires the handler to order the dog to sit and then to move away from the dog the length of the leash. The judge will then approach the dog and pet the dog's head.
