What's with the new/old judges? There are 2 of them now:

Donald Bennett 8/1
Charles Perez 8/1

I don't remember ever seeing them judge and I've been here 9-1/2 years. They show up on the retired judges list.

Donald Bennett retired in 2013.

Charles Perez retired in 2012.
