Liam, I honestly think you should just update the site with the old system. If you change them with the new system that'll mean that you'll have to update them everytime they change. Since the old table will eventually be obsolete to most users from what is being said now, I see no reason to keep it and all dogs will be updated with the new table SOP.

Not to mention, as of now, most of the talk is that any changes that are seen in the SOP of the new table won't be majorly significant on any one dog. And by the time one does change, it's very likely a new dog will already have passed it.
