I found this email through paypal, but I haven't gotten a response there either sad :(

The address is valid. If you scroll down to the bottom of the page, under "privacy policy" you will find this address. There is also a phone number down there.

It can take a week or more to get a response via messaging. If its urgent like you cant get into your kennel then email, or ring.
