Do you continue to session your fully sessioned dogs you are competitively showing?
If you do, have you found it to boost them in the show ring? |

My understanding is that it doesn't really do anything but I do it anyway. From what I can tell, it hasn't helped. LOL. |

Correct, continuing to Session after all 20’s just uses up your $$ Carol |

I know everyone has different opinions on this and they are all anecdotal, but I give my top winners a little session boost from time to time. I can't say for sure that it works, but I imagine it as a little ring ready boost ![]() |

I was told back in the day to continue sessioning your main winner as it does make a difference. But who knows lol |

I've seen it work both ways really. The sessions and each category are intended as realistically as possible in the simulation. That's not to say they need each category every day. For example, A poodle or similar, likely should be groomed daily, where a rottweiler or Doberman type would not. I generally think of each breed as how I would handle in real life and work them that way. That seems to work fairly well for me. There is also the "general factor", the "random factor" and the invisible 100th percentiles to consider. |
