So, my paypal was charged on Jan. 10 for my family account subscription, but this morning my accounts are all showing as Basic? How long does it take to update them? I’ve never had this happen before...

Have you tried logging out and then logging in again on each account?

This might be a silly question, but did you add all of the individual kennels to the family account?

As far as I know, they’ve been part of a family subscription for 10 years lol. I don’t know why this year it’s all messed up... ugh!

I went to PayPal and canceled the subscription, then re-did it. I have no idea what happened with the renewal this year, but at least I got it all back to premium lol

Did you know?
A specialty show is a dog show which reviews a single breed, unlike other dog shows, particularly conformation shows, which are generally referred to as "all-breed" because they are open to all breeds recognized by the sponsoring kennel club.
