SD is a bit different from real life.

I agree that stud dogs in real life should be proven in either working or showing before being advertised for breeding publicly.

Here, though, since there is no health and no living beings, and also because the gene pool is extremely small, as soon as males reach 30 days (breeding age), people putting them up is very helpful to the continuing of lines and breeds on this game.

If people didn't put up the studs who don't show or aren't proven, the game would eventually be unplayable.

Many people look at the traits of the dog more so than the show career, which is kind of opposite to real life too lol unless people know what they're looking at and how to use an unproven dog in a complementary breeding.

For some players that are reviving lost breeds or opening up bloodlines that have become bottlenecked it can be extremely beneficial to have non-champion and lower SOP studs :3

I have had GChs who have produced nothing and non finished dogs who have produced Champions. Doesn’t happen often though.

Yes, there is an extremely small gene pool in Belgian Malinois, and one of the bigger kennel subscriptions are not willing to help.

So sad.
