This is the oldest Afghan Hound I have ever had! Today he is 404 days old. (Probably I'll hear from Jeff tomorrow...).

Don't they say loving family when they die?

No, they say Deceased beside Owner. We don't get messages from the ones we still have in our kennels, though.

My first champion is still alive. I'd like to imagine her somewhere, happy happy :)

That should say we only get the Deceased message from the ones we still have in our kennels. What happened to the edit button?

Comet that is a beautiful dog. So if it says loving family, they are still theoretically alive. So if you don't want one to die, send it to oblivion where it will live forever?

Pretty much. I notice that every dog that I keep on my retirement couch does not live more than two years out. The oldest I have are like your Jazz from 2023. I wonder why that is.

Maybe he will beat the odds!

Tarot, I don't know if you ever go done memory lane looking at Jazz's offspring.

This is one of his girls, still alive at over 600 days!!

Did you know?
A specialty show is a dog show which reviews a single breed, unlike other dog shows, particularly conformation shows, which are generally referred to as "all-breed" because they are open to all breeds recognized by the sponsoring kennel club.
