That's a fair point about the showing, at the moment you really don't have any competition lol. Also, the point schedules for Pumi are kind of insane... They are very high, especially since the breed isn't all that popular. We might need to work on a fix for that so we don't have to stack shows everyday just for a major haha. I'm sessioning JPumi Those White Lies (89.40) and I'll start entering shows with him soon.  |

I agree on the point schedules. It seems like there are two kennels that are stacking the shows and playing against themselves, and have been doing so for a couple of months. If they would slow down on their entries, or maybe divide up their entries into many different shows, the point schedule may go down in June. Normally, as with other more popular breeds, players will do that, so they don't raise the amount of dogs/bitches needed to get a Major. It shouldn't take 8 males or 6 females to get a 3 point Major. Crazy! Even in the second most popular breed on ShowDog (Australian Shepherd), it only takes 4 males or 4 females to get a 3 point Major- and that is with 27 breeders and 567 dogs in the game. Oh well- enough of my rant. Things will hopefully get evened out! JP |

Yeah, I think we need to start entering a bunch of different shows so even if there's stacking it won't have such a big effect... Hopefully we'll get all the Pumi breeders on this thread so we can talk about it.  As for JPumi Pure Fantasy, I was going to show her then I figured I'd be using her more for breeding anyway so I decided not to. I'll definitely start entering more shows once I get some pups of my own, though! |

My fiance and i are trying to spread out the entries to fix the point scale but then the other breeder who isnt as social keeps stacking the shows with their dogs lol. |
