I picked the Sporting group. My favorite breed in this group is the English Springer Spaniel. I have never owned one, but my next show dog will be an ESS!

My next favorite group is the Non-Sporting, only because of St. Poodles, which as most of you know. I have one (;

Non-sporting, I've been obedience trialing Keeshonds for around 25+ years now. To me they are the best happy :)

Yay, Sporting is leading! But I guess that relates to real life, a lot of the most popular pet and show breeds are sporting dogs.

Did you know?
A specialty show may be regional or national. A "Best in Show" win at a national specialty show is tremendously prestigious, indicating that the winning dog or bitch triumphed at a contest which attracted entries from the most serious fanciers of that breed in the country or continent. Some specialty shows attract international entries.
