I seem to remember Jeff changed it fairly recently so that Nationals don't need a minimum number of entries to run any more happy :)

I thought so too.
There isn't one for Welsh Springers.
I will have to ask him about this.

There aren't a lot of them posted on the schedule. I believe he was made aware? But it wouldn't hurt to message him.
